Course Content

Whether we want it or not, stereotypes and biases are a part of our life. In this workshop, we will uncover
why and how biases come into existence and how they affect our perception, behaviour and interactions –
and inevitably hinder innovative potential of individuals and organizations. The participants will get to
reflect on their own preconceived assumptions and biases, as well as ways to challenge them. We will
reveal the benefits of diversity for individuals and organizations and discuss what approaches are most suitable to combat prejudice in our workplaces and communities; especially in light of the increasingly
polarized dialogue around multiculturalism in modern society.
